Satya (Allu Arjun) and Deepthi (Kajal Aggarwal) love each other but face problems from a don named Veeru Bhai (Rahul Dev) who madly wants to have Deepthi at any cost. Satya and Deepthi plan to elope but are brutally murdered by Veeru's henchmen, and later are set on fire. However, Satya miraculously escapes death and undergoes a plastic surgery to treat his burns. With the help of Dr. Shailaja (Jayasudha) he gains a new life and a new face that belongs to Charan (Ram Charan). The story enters into new twists. Will he be able to avenge Deepthi's death and what is the reason behind Dr. Shailaja's motives, forms the rest of the story.
